What things cost, how discount codes work, and what to do if you missed one.
Current prices are always live at shop.playtronica.com, shown in EUR (€) by default and converted to USD ($) at checkout for non-EU customers. This page covers discount codes, bundles, missed-code refunds, and B2B pricing.
I forgot to use a discount code at checkout
If a discount code was active on the day of your purchase and you forgot to enter it, email [email protected] with the subject Missed code #[your order number] and tell us the code. We review case by case.
What is in each bundle?
Every bundle page on the shop lists the contents: device, cable, adapters, alligator clips, accessories.
If both a bundle and its single items are sold out, the next batch usually arrives in 2 to 4 weeks. Email [email protected] with the subject Stock — [bundle name] and we will tell you the next ship date.
What do I need to make sound?
The minimum gear for each device:
- TouchMe — TouchMe, the USB cable from the box, a laptop with Brave or Chrome. Touch the pads.
- Playtron — Playtron, the USB cable from the box, at least 2 alligator clips (in the box), a laptop. Clip the wires to fruit, water, or a friend.
- Biotron — Biotron, a USB cable, leaf-pads (in the box), a houseplant, a laptop. The plant plays.
- Orbita — Orbita, the USB cable from the box, a laptop. Self-playing sequencer.
- Scales — Scales, a USB cable, a laptop, and one or more objects to place on the plate.
You do not need to install software. synth.playtronica.com is a free browser-based synth that works with every device.

What is included in the checkout price?
The price at checkout includes the product and shipping. For EU customers, VAT is included.
For customers outside the EU, local import duties or taxes may apply when the package arrives. These charges are set by your country, not by Playtronica, and are separate from our price. See Invoice and VAT for typical ranges.
